8 May 2008 - ClubSportEdinburgh Annual General Meeting - 2nd June 2008
ClubSportEdinburgh is holding it's first Annual General Meeting on Monday 2nd June at Meadowbank Sports Centre beginning at 7.30pm. (Lounge 3)
All clubs are invited to attend but as per the constitution only affiliated groups are entitled to vote. However you can still affiliate at any time between now and the meeting which would allow your club to vote and nominate individuals for election to the committee.
Last month ClubSportEdinburgh was officially recognised as the voice of Edinburgh sports clubs so if your club wishes to have a major say on future sporting developments in the city we would be delighted to have you on board. Online applications can be access from the home page.
Clubs may send more than one representative and we would be most grateful if you could confirm your clubs presence and numbers attending by Friday 30th May by emailing: c.mackay@edinburgh.gov.uk
